Grasshopper Stir-Fry

Our Grasshopper Stir-Fry is a quick and nutritious dish that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner. With a mix of fresh vegetables and crunchy grasshoppers, this stir-fry is both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grasshoppers, cleaned and roasted
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the roasted grasshoppers and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
