Grasshopper and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked grasshoppers
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
