Chocolate Cricket Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cricket flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cricket flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
