Black Ant Guacamole

Give your guacamole a crunchy twist with our Black Ant Guacamole. The ants add a unique texture and a slightly tangy flavor, making this dip a conversation starter at any party.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup black ants, roasted
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Add the roasted black ants and mix gently.
  4. Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and enjoy!
